Responsible for communicating the goals and activities of the corporation with individuals and organizations expernal to the corporation through available media. The committee will also recommend ways to promote good communication among the membership.
Shall work with staff to outline the overall objectives of the curriculum and academies. This committee shall also assist with the identification, execution and evaluation of the academies.
Responsible for the identification, analyses, and pursuit of various funding sources and strategies in support ofthe programmatic and administrative goals of the organization. The organization staff, members of the board, hired consultant, volunteers or any combination of the aforementioned, can do this.
Responsible for the oversight and management of the fiduciary affairs of the organization and makes certain that the organization is operating on firm financial footing. This committee shall insure that all funds, deeds, title papers and assets of the corporation are maintained in the name of the corporation in such a manner that the board directs. It will also work in conjunction with the Grants/Sponsorship Committee to identify and pursue funding sources that support and grow the corporation.
