Parents are responsible for meeting the stated payment schedule. Parents are responsible to work with the KTA Board and Advisory Council in fundraising by soliciting individual, business and corporate sponsors.
Parents are responsible for participation in the Non-Profit Group Fundraising at the Louisiana Superdome and New Orleans Arena. The Board may schedule parent meetings or parents may meet independent of the Board for fundraising purposes. The final travel roster consists of all participants who have paid all required fees, obtained the reqired passport/visa and travel immunizations and who have participated fully in all required functions.
